The subscription fee will be charged on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to take your website out of our subscription plan, you will need to pay a transfer fee.
There is a TRANSFER FEE applicable for moving out your services, which amounts to RM1500 for tranferring within 6 months and RM800 after 6 months of subscription.
The transfer fee will be payable upfront before any transfer of ownership takes place.
iPrima Media reserves the right to refuse any transfer request at its sole discretion.
iPrima Media will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to your website during the transfer process.
iPrima Media reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
iPrima Media reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
iPrima Media reserves the right to use the website for advertising purpose.
Please note that the subscription fee does not include the renewal fee for the domain and hosting.
